Choose how long each inhale and exhale should last.

  • Default: Slow (5 seconds per phase).

  • Options: 3s (Fast), 5s (Normal), 7s (Deep).

2. Set Your Duration

Choose how long you want your breathing session to last.

  • Default: 3 minutes.

  • Examples: 1, 5, 10, or 20 minutes.

3. Controls

  • Play: Start your session.

  • Pause: Take a temporary break.

  • Stop: End the session and save your progress.
