2. Set Your Duration
Choose how long you want your breathing session to last.
Default: 3 minutes.
Examples: 1, 5, 10, or 20 minutes.
3. Controls
Play: Start your session.
Pause: Take a temporary break.
Stop: End the session and save your progress.
