1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on www.rfeonline.com.au. The seller is Andrew Russell ("the Seller"). A "Client" is any person or entity completing an order via our platform.

2. Age Restrictions

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 16 years old for digital products (eBooks/courses) and at least 18 years old for professional services (coaching). We reserve the right to refund and revoke access if these limits are breached.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices include GST where applicable for Australian residents.
Payment is due immediately and is processed securely via PayPal. By purchasing, you agree to PayPal’s terms of service.

4. Digital Delivery

Access to digital products is granted immediately upon successful payment. Delivery is deemed complete once the access link is sent to your provided email address. Please ensure your email settings allow communication from rfeonline.com.au.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including eBooks, courses, and tools, is the intellectual property of Andrew Russell. Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute these materials.

6. Refund Policy (Australian Consumer Law)

In accordance with the ACL:

We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" on digital products.
If a digital product is faulty or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
International customers: By accessing digital content, you acknowledge you waive any statutory "cooling-off" period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service. The Seller is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our business tools or advice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
